As may of you guys already know, on March 20, 2011, AT&T announced that it reached an agreement to purchase T-Mobile USA. According to an official press release these two wireless giants entered into a definitive agreement that has been approved by the Boards of Directors of both companies.

It sounds like this is a great deal for AT&T as it continues to expand operations in an attempt to corner the market. I do not blame them.
